On the foundation of analysis existing measures of speed-regulating of driver, the paper proposed the method of design of hybrid drive and speed regulation system, and developed the experiment platform. This research bases on the hardware development of hybrid drive and speed regulation system, and analyzes the experimental data, and verifies the feasibility of the system. At first, the paper introduces hybrid drive and speed regulation system in general, and discusses the significance of the research, points out the key point and research status, and explains the main contents of this research. Second, design the hardware structure of the experiment platform of hybrid drive and speed regulation system. The hardware structure includes movement composed system, simulated load system, date collecting system, motor drive system, man-machine interface. In chapter 2, the paper design the structure of movement composed system, and select the parameter. Third, the paper illustrates the operation principle of the simulated load system-magnetic power braker, and designs the waveform generator, protection circuit and drive module of magnetic power braker. Fourth, the system used hybrid step motor for the controllable motor bases on the performance of controllable motor in this system, and used high and low voltage-constant current chop which have detection and feedback link for the measure of drive, and show the control strategy which have real-time trace capacity. The paper also explains the application range of step motor and servo motor. Firth, the paper designs the hardware of control system in hybrid drive and speed regulation System and control algorithm, and promotes the measure of date collecting, and designs the main parameter of software and hardware system. Sixth, the paper analysis the result of experiment and error, and promotes same measures to improve hybrid drive and speed regulation System. At last, the paper generalizes the main achievements, and discusses which part can be promoted.
