With the improvement of the equipment manufacturing level,the indoor simulation loading system has been widely used in the equipment performance test experiment.Therefore,how to accurately simulate the actual working condition in the electromechanical system is the current research hotspotThe performance of the indoor analog loading system is closely related to the characteristics of the load device.The performance of the load device affects the accuracy of the simulated load.The load spectrum of the hydraulic equipment under actual operating conditions is simulated by different loading devices Is the focus of the problem.In this paper,two kinds of loading components of electromagnetic proportional relief valve and magnetic powder brake are applied to the hydraulic system of pump motor,and the loading performance of the loading element is studied.The static response characteristics and dynamic response characteristics of the two kinds of loading elements are compared: the loading method,the application scope,the load characteristics and so on are synthetically compared to provide the reference for selecting the appropriate loading element under the laboratory condition.The main work of this paper is as follows:The main hydraulic element model of permanent magnet is built by MATLAB(SIMULINK)software,and two mathematical models of loading components are built according to the working principle of electromagnetic proportional relief valve and magnetic powder brake.The working mechanism of two different loading elements under the same load condition is simulated,To study the mechanism of the key factors on the loading performance characteristics;Based on the detailed description of the variable speed pump control motor system,software program was designed by using the upper industrial computer operating system.Using the electromagnetic proportional relief valve and the magnetic powder brake loading device,the system pressure was under the same working condition Open loop loading: Through the system pressure test,the loading control voltage of two kinds of loading components is analyzed,such as dead zone size,maximum hysteresis error size,sensitivity and other static characteristics.(3)In the pump-controlled motor system,the closed-loop loading of the system pressure is completed by using the PID control regulation principle.Through comparison and analysis,it is concluded that the two kinds of loading elements can eliminate the steady-state error phenomenon when the pressure is closed.The use of two kinds of loading components to achieve the system pressure open loop loading and closed loop loading can be analyzed and compared the two loading components loaded fast response,accuracy,stability.(4)When two kinds of loading elements are used for system pressure loading,By adding three different specifications of inertia disk on the motor shaft to change the load inertia and in the same conditions to capture,analysis and comparison motor speed,The influence of the load moment of inertia on the speed fluctuation of the motor with different loading elements is simulated.
