Experimental Research On The Complex Cement Admixtures Of The Rapid-Setting Additions And Accelerators

This paper was carried on experiment research and preliminary application for A New Rapid-setting and high early strength cement.This paper was analyzed the development of the rapid-setting cement, studied the existing situation and the existing questions of rapid setting cement in our country, analyzed the reaction mechanism of hydration and setting ,resisted in the ordinary cement, this paper expounded main ingredient , processing, production technology and analyzed strengthening agent, put forward the best appropriate adding amount of strengthening and raped setting agent,By means of research, analyzed effect of CaCl and sodium silicate to time of setting, strength and the flowing degree of cement. The new rapid setting and high early strength cement was compared to ordinary cement, draw conclusion just as:1) High early strength the high early strength developed quickly. The 3h's strength overtook 2MPa.2) The later stage strength is not decrees. .3) Rapid setting. The time of setting may was adjusted from forty second to fifty minutes.4) contractibility of cement was very small. The cement and the surface was jointed very well.5) The new cement had a good pour.Because of a good quality of the new cement and careful design of concrete ,we had made a successful applying at New wall material.
