The technology of ultrasonic standing wave transportation used transducer array is a new technology whose development is based on the development of ultrasonic standing wave levitation. By assembling several transducers to make transducer array and controlling them in some method to change the parameter of the sound field, we can realize ultrasonic standing wave transportation used transducer array. If proper control method can be used, the technology of ultrasonic standing wave transportation used transducer array will make micro liquid material and micro device non-contact operation possible. So it can be widely used in microassembly, biochemistry engineering, pharmacy, solidified physics, Material handling and preparation of non-container, droplet dynamics, space experiments, material industry and so on.First of all, this paper gets the expression of the 2-mm foam sphere’s total potential, propulsive force and restoring force constant through combining the time average potential theory of Gor’kov and the coupling of gravitation field and sound field, analyses the mechanism of ultrasonic standing wave transportation used transducer array, proposes the evaluation standard of transportation smoothness and levitation stability; proposes the transportation method based on modulation of amplitude and the transportation method based on modulation of phase; simulate the two transportation method, forecast the position, transportation smoothness, levitation stability, probe the density’s affect to transportation and amplitude’s affect to density threshold.In addition, this paper analyses the performance requirements which ultrasonic standing wave transportation used transducer array makes to the control power source, designs the signal generation module, power amplifier module and impedance matching module of the power source; develops the high frequency control power source that has two signals output, adjustable a mplitude phase frequency, do experiments to test the performance of the control power sourceFinally, this paper builds the experiment system of ultrasonic standing wave transportation used transducer array based on the transportation mechanism and the result of the two method simulation, does the one way transportation, to and fro transportation experiment using foam sphere, does the density’s affect to transportation and amplitude’s affect to density threshold experiment using foam sphere, water sphere, glass sphere, steel sphere and lead sphere, tests the position and vibration of the sphere during transportation.
