The motorcycle crank module is composed of crank, connecting staff and slide mass, its dynamic balancing is more complex than the common one. The electromotor, transmission shaft, slide mass, supporter of crank, impact of crank were all fixed on the vibration desk. The motorcycle crank module was installed in the vibration desk on the working stage, it deliver the vibration to the vibration desk and was collected by signal measurement system, so we shall analyse the dynamic characteristic of the vibration table. But fewer scholars have learned the dynamic characteristic of the vibration table in the world, most analyse is about the dynamic characteristic of the symmetry rotor. Thus the 3-dof-vibration desk was analyzed in this article.Firstly, the dynamics characteristic of the motorcycle crank module is introduced. Revolving inertia force and to-and-fro inertia force induces its vibration. Add the two inertia force and its end sweep an inertial force ellipse. The dynamics characteristic of the motorcycle crank module was described by these two parameters - the obliquity of the ellipse principal axis and the unbalance rate. Then it was introduced how to measure the two parameter.The vibration theory analysis of vibration desk is mainly introduced in this article. The article includes 3-dof-vibration analysis of vibration desk and the inherence frequency analysis. Then the formula of the 3-inherence frequency was given in this article. The design of vibration desk can according to these analysis. At the same time the method and process of vibration desk design was given. By using the modal analysis of ANSYS the 3-dof-vibration analysis of vibration desk was proved right. In the harmonic analysis of ANSYS 1g-mm unbalance was load on the vibration desk, and the value of vibration desk's amplitude is quite accord with the 3-dof-vibration analysis's result. By the way we can use ANSYS to design the vibration desk. All the design method mentioned above was proved to be quite accurate by the experiment data. The emphases in this article are inherence frequency analysis and amplitude analysis of vibration desk. The inherence frequency analysis is the basement of mechanical structure design of dynamic balancing, and the amplitude analysis is the basement of sensor's design. We must say that the inherence frequency analysis and amplitude analysis is the most difficult job in dynamic balancing machine's design. We are trying to solve these two questions in this article.
