Crank and Connecting Rod Mechanism is a kind of set-up, not only that the structure is complex, and that revolving speed is high. It is applied to sorts of locomotive engine, In course of revolving of Crank and Connecting Rod Mechanism, there are revolving of the crankshaft , swinging of the connecting rod and reciprocating motion, so its motion state is complex, and periodic unbalanced force, by a few components, is great. Engineer vibration is chiefly provoked by the unbalanced force. That research to Crank and Connecting Rod Mechanism unbalanced moving and qualitative and quantitative description to it is important value.At present, some dynamic balancers are Researched & Developed and manufactured, and there are good effect, but there are still such many shortage as inefficiency, precision low, man-made interference greatness and debug difficulty. Whereas there are factors, a kind neotype dynamic balancer system of Crank and Connecting Rod Mechanism is Researched & Developed. Against the feature of the balance of the rigid rotator, and applying theory of balances, microelectronic technique, digit signal processing technique, software programming technique and the greatly processing function of computer, it realizes such the functions as sampling signal, digit processing, balance calculation, result display?Against classical dynamic balancers of Crank and Connecting Rod Mechanism, the test system has virtue hereinafter:(1) Supporting structure adopt projecting beam uniquely. The signal of vibration provoked by Crank and Connecting Rod Mechanism revolving is concentrated to strain beam. The signal is not only abundance, but also easy to test and the test sensitivity is great.(2) Though a group of transducer laid to beam, it can test horizontal signal andvertical direction signal. So testing the equilibrium amount only need to install workpiece once.(3) Communication with computer directly though the interface of PCI. Making use of the mightiness function of the computer, the system can realize automation control , which will greatly reduce man-made interfere, so it can improve test accuracy.(4) The functions of transition digit signal from time-domain to spectrum-domain and of filtering are implemented by program, which not only reduce the cost ,but also it is agility easy to maintenance and to update. The result are displayed by indicator, which is convenience to analyse the current vibration state.(5) It is easy to deposit the data and playback.
