At present people generally use regular computer cooperating data acquisition card and linear power amplifier to achieve vibration control of intelligent structure. with the requirement of aeronautic technique development, miniaturization of control equipment is a new trendency in vibration control system of intelligent structure. The development of modern electronic technique makes power device element to be modularized, miniaturized and integrated; the development of modern control theory and computer technique makes the miniaturization control system practical. Conventional adaptive control cell of vibration control system of smart structure is divided in three parts, which are charge amplifier, linear power amplifier and computer combining with data acquisition card. By the measurement principle of piezoelectricity sensor, the acquisition charge is amplified twice by operation amplifier, which makes charge amplifier simfied. The power amplifier circuit for piezoelectricity actuator adopts switched power amplifier, which employs pulse width modulation (PWM) method to take place of conventional linear power amplifier. It has obvious character such as smaller volume, lower power comsuption, higher reliability and so on. The measurement and control system adopts digital signal processing chip DSP combining with corresponding peripheral circuit to achieve miniaturization. At the same time the adaptive fast algorithm for embeded microprocessor is developed to the system. At last ,the vibration control of 1st and 2nd mode of flexible board is achieved by adaptive control system respectively, and then simultaneously. The vibration of flexible board is suppressed effectively. The feasibility of this control system is validated.
