The electro-magnetic gear is a new type of non-contact transmission device. Its design and manufacture are different of common gears that it is in the gift of its self-character. It has far-ranging application foreground in medical instruments,robot,food,chemical engineering field and so on.The thesis gets the endowment from Scientific and Technological Fund of Guizhou Province with "Research of Cylinder Hybrid Permanent and Electromagnetic Gears" and Fund of Guizhou University with "Research of Straight-Tooth Cylinder Electromagnetic Gears' device". This thesis summaries the research and application instance of the electro-magnetic gear domestically and abroad, and introduce the structure,character of the electro-magnetic gear and the application meanings of self-adaptation power supply in the electro-magnetic gear control system. Based on the principle of the Zero-Pole assignment controller, this thesis makes the research on designing the Electro-magnetic gear control system aimed at the controlled object-the Electro-magnetic gear transmission system, and makes recognition of the parameters. It designs an analogue circuit of the changeable power supply of the electro-magnetic gear, and introduced the MOSFET's structure,operational principle,character and main parameter, the chief index of performance of amplifier circuit, and the primary principle of the power supply circuit design. It designs and develops the electro-circuit in the Protel 99 SE software. Via the comparison of parts of an apparatus, it chooses the device parameter with reason. This paper uses the Multisim software to simulate the power supply circuit. From the simulation result it obtains the relational expression between input pressure and output current of the power supply circuit. Then, we can control the output current value though controlling the pressure value, which carries our point that altering coil current according to output torque of the electro-magnetic gear.The self-adaptation power supply of the electro-magnetic gear control system in the thesis has feasibility, and makes reference to the later research work.
