With the increasing development of economic, more and more high slope appear in industry and civil construction, especially in basic establishment. Building and road are constructed above or beneath the slope, so the slope engineering affect directly the city establishment. It is very important that analyzing the slope stability in time, which can shorten time limit for a project and for the high slope design therefore construction technology must be put forward, and accordingly form a new branch of engineering mechanics that tight correlation to the engineering construction - construction mechanics. Now the design of slope engineering is based on the load of one-off excavation. Because of employing static equation method and too much hypothesis in the computing, the result of computing cannot meet the reality of engineering. For the sake of safety, people often determine parameter at will, which aggravate blindness and non-science of design. Past excavation computing and present design criterion both predigest the pertinence of the course of excavation, instead only analyze one-off excavation in using FEM, which apparently cannot correspond to the reality of engineering. In this paper construction mechanics is introduced and analyzed systematically, and first time sum up the theory and compute of construction mechanics for the design of slope engineering, and discuss the force and deform of the slope in different excavated and anchored condition. Considering different condition, we should analyze it according to time-variation and non-linear of the material. We get the notable difference between step excavation-anchor and one-off excavation-anchor through project analyzed. This paper adopt the method of increment and time-frozen, and use ANSYS FEM program to simulate the course of excavation-anchor for slope engineering. The result of analysis indicate that the excavation is the incessant course in the time and the space, so its state is not only one, but tightly pertinent to the course of excavation; that is , to the stress path and stress history. This paper research the course of slope construction standing at the open and dynamic point, so the method of construction mechanics break through the limit of the traditional solid mechanics. It is imperative that use the method of construction mechanics to analyze the slopeengineering, which have considerable value for improving the force of structure and construct economically and safely. The production of this paper offers the base of theory and practice from one-off design to step-design to some extent.
