This thesis mainly explores long-distance electric net monitor and control system. In order to practice high-voltage net monitor in coal mines, this system designs a kind of intelligence collectors in accordance with the BGP9L-6G high-voltage distribution switches in mines. This system not only inspects and displays all of the instrument parameters on time, but also simultaneously controls the switching through the computers on earth. In order to enhance the communication speed and efficiency, the system employs the midst branch substation to complete two or multi-graded communication system design techniques, and thus this system completes long-distance intelligence monitor and control system. The midst branch substation uses two-interface RAM and double monolithic machinery and thus practices the mutual communication. The communication interface employs RS232/485 signal conversion equipment which uses the signal photo-electricity partition technology to enhance the security and anti-interference of the electric lines. The electricity sensors are produced by the 58 Research Institute of Weapon Industry Ministry, which are current, press, power and power parameter sensors, with the advantages of stability, reliability, various external structures, easy fixation and many means of output. The design of this system employs modern electricity and magnet isolation principle, that is, the isolation among press input, current input and output. The isolation press can reach 2500v and over-using capability is the double of standard electric press and ten times of standard current. The system software can guarantee the timeliness and security of the communication dataWe can employ Timer in Visual Basic 6. 0 to prevent the operations of the computers from affecting data communication. We should separate data transmission from other processes such as system definition, monitoring picture display, and diagram typing in the operation of computers in order to ensurethe security of the communication data.
