The eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission is one of the few teeth difference planetary transmissions which are a new type of planetary transmission to transfer two coaxial rotary motions.Compared with general evohite gear and cyloid pinwheel gear of few teeth difference the W rotation-output mechanism is omitted ,hence, the driving chain is dramatically shorten in the former. It overcomes the drawback that the life of the bearing is shorter in general few teeth difference planetary so it has a wider range drive ration ,a higher transmission efficiency ,a stronger supporting capacity as well as more cramped construction. When compared with swing gear transmission, sleeve type transmission ,swash plate type transmission ,steel ball transmission and rotary gear transmission the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission has such advantages as a simpler construction ,a stronger bearing capacity and a better processing property of principle components. Due to much slide friction between surfaces in contact the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission has the shortages of comparatively lower transmission efficiency and comparatively shorter life.The equivalent mechanism and the serrate theory of the eccentric wheel pushrod planetary transmission is studied the parameter equation of the teeth profile curve is deduced the proposition that the drive ration is constant is authenticated in this paper.The stress being analyzed, so the formula of transmission efficiency and contact fatigue life are concluded; furthermore the conclusion of geometric parameters effects on transmission efficiency is drawn on.The subject investigated is regard as rigid body in the former five chapters so it is analyzed and processed following dynamics of rigid body and the results obtained may meet the required precision in engineering. But when explaining the difference that the transmission should be steady and the noise should be low in theory while it is not as this in fact ,the elasticity of the subject investigated have to be considered. Because of the heat processing distortion and the change of the form standing under load the practical engagement and the theoretical engagement are different.The subject investigated is regard as ideal elastic body when studying contact fatigue strength in the sixth chapter.Such studies as to calculate profile teeth'curvature by polar coordinate, to approve the proposition that drive ration is constant in kinetic formula ,to calculate the maximum load on pushrod by adopting deformation compatibility condition, to deduce the formula of the contact fatigue strength are creative.
