| Wetlands is one of ecological landscape of the richest diversified mature of living things and the most important existence environment of the mankind. And is described as a physical synthesis which composed of water, soil and vegetation and the process is dominated by that of water in the surface layer of the earth. With JiLin ChaGan lake wetland and the western chiefly river flood resources of Jilin province as studying the focal point, This research analyzed wetland restoration necessity on making use of floodwater resources , and has put forward the allocation model of ChaGan lake wetland water resources and the concrete measure of recovering wetland and protesting the wetland water resources. The major content is as follows:The first, the definition ability and type of wetland , wetland protection and existing problems were discussed.The second, illustrated the basic intension of restoration and wetland restoration.
