This thesis treats an important problem in power quality, a new combined arithmetic to processing the power quality signal of extensive damage is shown, and power quality signal is recognized by expert system.First, the paper presents a full study of the power quality issues. The thesis investigates the request and administrates actuality of power quality,. Some kinds sag and harmonious and the sources and causes of its are analyzed in detail, bring forward corresponding method to avoid or mitigate its in view of the leading catastrophic to electric power and electrical facility.The paper provides a new approach for recognize power quality character thorough experiment. Processing the signal through time-domain and wavelet-domain, the following simulation results show that the arithmetic fully meets the requirements of classification.The thesis presents a expert system for identifies power quality disturbancesignal, after compare the artificial neural network, nearest neighbors, fuzzy decision, and expert system. We bring forward the project flexible rule-based expert system, according to the characteristic inspection and measure system, and has a deep research on the problem of this system. This project for disturbance classifies has lower mistake ratio and facility maintenance. Finally, large quantities of computer simulations illustrate that it can achieve satisfaction effects.
