The Technologic And Economic Evaluation On The Constructed Program Of The Pacific Road's Section In The Wuhan City's Light Rail Transit

In view of the research situation of the technologic and economic evaluation on the constructed program of the Pacific Road' section in the NO:1 route of WuHan city's Light Rail Transit at present, especially the researchment on the trend of the route, the paper discussed detail research of the constructing plans by using various theories of fundamental construction econnmics, etc, based on the The General Urban Constructing Plan Of WuHan, etc.The qualitative analysis method and the quantitative analysis method are connected to be applied into this paper for the research work. Some evaluation indexes were brought and a perfect evaluation system is established. Through these indexes and the system ,the plan was stictly and correctly evaluated. The theoretical part of the paper consists of three sections.1.The brief situation of correlative research work and the plan's preliminary studies and establishment.Firstly, the default of the original method is discussed by using various theories. Secondly the principles, method and characteristics of the urban road constructed planing are analysized .Thirdly the research issues is put forwarded to solve the problem how to colligate serval aspect factors in order to make full use of the LRT project.2.The establishment of the technological and economic evaluation about the plan of constructing route.Firstly, some factors such as the cost of the project, the protection of the enviroment, the revenue of the project and the dialectical relationship betweenthese factors and the plan is discussed. Secondly, "the unitary principle" is applied to set up a unitary evaluting system; "the all-sidedness principle" is applied to have a comprehensive evaluation; the qualifative analysis method and quantitative analysis are connected to be applied in the work to ensure the accuracy of the research work.3.By inducing the key factors, quantizing the datas of input and output and the methods of operational research the plans evaluation, a evaluating model is stroke up to test vary plans. At last, a conclusion is drawed and then a comparing analysis between the conclusion and the situation in exit is discussed.The pratical significance of paper:Linked with THE GERNERAL URBAN CONSTRUCTING PLAN OF WUHAN, the paper talked over a model of the technological and econnmical evaluation about the track traffic construction, and have the constucted program of the Pacific Road's Section in HanKou as the example, introduced the research process, so that made a progress in perfecting the work.Meanwhile, the paper approach the feature of the routine trend in the whole urban communicating system through the comprehensive evaluation.
