Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Route Scheme In Rail Transit Based On AHP/DEA

Rail transit is an important part of public transportation, has been wildly concerned by big cities for its fast-speed, large-passenger traffic capacity, high-punctual rate and little environmental pollution. Rail transit has been developing very rapid recently. Nowadays, many cities have rail transit and many others are planning and constructing it. The choice of rail transit's route scheme is extremely important, whether it's choice of basic trend scheme is reasonable or not, not only affect operation effect of the constructed project and rational distribution of urban rail transit network, but also product great social benefit for whole city and regional development. Using proper and rational index system to evaluate new rail transit's route scheme scientifically can make rail transit's investment rational and operation effect notable, thus getting the best combined revenue of technology, economy, society and environment.This paper analyses the choice principle based on route evaluation index of rail transit and determines the content of route comprehensive evaluation of rail transit; to solve some problems of chose route,this paper not only considers technological standards and economic index but adds ecological and social benefit to the evaluation system, reflecting all kinds of influencing factors of route scheme, establishing the system of comprehensive evaluation index.Basing on the feature of subjection and objection in choosing rail transit route and combining the advantage of AHP and DEA,this paper presents the system method which is suitable for evaluating and choosing route scheme of rail transit. This method assimilates the advantage of AHP and DEA and considers the factors of quantify and qualitative, thus obtains the best route scheme of rail transit. Last, this paper combines the comprehensive evaluation system and route scheme of rail transit,thus provides reference for the decision of route scheme; meanwhile, this paper confirms the route scheme is rational in the process of evaluation and decision,and explains the evaluation system and method is in accord with the decision-making and actual request.
