The thesis analyses and compares common experimental method, mainlyintroduces "limited uniform design", and improves this method by applying scheffe normal polynomial to this method. With the improved "limited uniform design", make the experimental design of similar material, use the MATLAB program to deal with date, gain good results, prove that the uniform design can successfully apply to similar material realm and constructive material realm. Proved by the experiment, the method has following merits in experimental design:(1) Limited uniform design, can largely reduce frequency of experiments, shorten the cycle of the experiment, so largely economize labor and money.(2) The plots of experiment arranged by limited uniform design is very typical, can sufficiently reflect the information of range of the experimental research, and improve the regressive equation accurate.The thesis deeply gropes the character of the gypsum concrete, in which gypsum and cement are combined as glue, make following conclusions:(1) Generalize the principle of the gypsum concrete;(2) Get the regressive equation of compression strength and bending strength, that is proved by experiments;(3) Use "attempting method" to arrange the outdoor experiments, and compile computer program concerned;(4) Practise many simulated tests, the results accord to the requirements, complete the academic research, Simulated Research of Character of Pile Foundations in the Karst Area.
