High Bending Strength Pavement Concrete (HBSPC) is new high-tech concrete, which is on the basis of improving of the normal pavement concrete property. It has a wide prospect and provides a new solution to the cement concrete pavement with heavy loading.Through laboratory test the paper researches into main aspect of HBSPC as follows: The demand of raw material used in HBSPC is presented firstly, and the mixture design is given on this basis of normal pavement concrete's method. The strength property of HBSPC is fully studied by the means of strength test, including bending strength, compression strength, cleavage strength, and the classification design method of HBSPC is given. Bending elastic modulus and brittleness is studied and the result shows that bending elastic modulus of HBSPC isn't necessarily higher than normal pavement concrete's, brittleness of HBSPC is little raised or in accord with normal pavement concrete's. Volume stability and durability of HBSPC is studied and the result shows that the property of HBSPC is better than normal pavement concrete property, including dry contraction, temperature contraction, frost resistance, abrasion resistance, fatigue characteristic. At the same time, interface structure and the relation between it and property of HBSPC is analyzed. Through the experimental projects the construction procedure of HBSPC is studied and through economic analysis we can conclude that the economic benefit of HBSPC is better than that of normal pavement concrete.
