Research On Intelligent Design System Of Fuke Organization And Its Three - Dimensional Printing

In recent years, the technology of intelligent design and 3D printing developed rapidly. They have been applied widely in more and more engineering field, especially the research on military products. The design of fuze involves multidisciplinary knowledge. To solve the problems that the inheritance and the reuse rate of the design experience and knowledge of the fuze mechanism are low, the technologies of intelligent design and 3D printing are introduced into the design process of fuze mechanism, which can improve the quality of product, shorten the design cycle to reduce the cost and provide an effective tool to solve complex problems.The research focuses on the realization of the intelligent design system of fuze and application of 3D printing, provides a series of standardized, scientific reference process for designers. The main research work is as follows:(1) Build the structure of the intelligent design system of fuze. We design the B/S architecture and basic function module of the intelligent design system, which has the fuze mechanism design subsystem, model base subsystem, integrated simulation subsystem, integrated database and 3 d printing.(2) Build the knowledge base and inference engine. By using ASP.NET and SQL Server technology, the knowledge base is built with the methods of knowledge representation and the hybrid reasoning mechanism.(3) Design he model base and simulation subsystem. By using UG and ANSYS secondary development technique, the basic functions of the subsystems are achieved.(4) Achieve the function of 3D printing. By using model base in the intelligent design system to complete the data processing, the 3D printing subsystem could help designer to manufacture the model and proof scheme.
