With the exploitation and utilization of Marine resources and the rapid development of Marine economy, Underwater Explosions technology is widely used in many Underwater construction projects. The Seismic wave caused by Underwater Explosions has a great influence on the surrounding environment. If there is a underground cavern, dam, bridge and other important buildings around the place of Underwater Explosions, we need measure the underwater explosions vibration signal directly by a certain technical means. Through the analysis and induction of the large amount of basic data we obtained, we can provide the basis for the Underwater Explosions engineering to make full use of the explosive energy efficiency ratio, control Explosion strength and reduce the harm to the surrounding environment.So the measurement and research of underwater explosions vibration signal have a practical application value and practical significance.This topic is the subtopic’The underwaterblasting vibration independent testing technology research’of the significant basic research project XX’The deep rock blasting technology and method research’, and a system for underwater blasting vibration signals measurement is developed in this topic. In this paper, the overall system measurement solutions have been determined according to the system requirements. The system has data collectors and PC software. The data collector embraces ARM, sensor, A/D, storage, data communication, power source and so on. In this paper, the hardware of the data collector has been designed in detail, and the autonomous acquisition, storage, and Ethernet communication function has been realized by preparing the related embedded software. PC software based on Windows platform has been designed using Visual Studio development tools, and it communicate with collector for the parameter configuration of data collectors and the extraction, display and storage of vibration signals.Finally, the paper describes the sensors’calibration, system functional test and site testing in the port of Shanghai XX, and analyzes the results. The results show that the system performance meet the requirements of scientific research mission statement. the system has been delivered and used in research work.
