Design And Implementation Of Aircraft Fuel Measurement System

Aircraft fuel measuring system is one of the important system of mechanical and electrical system,fuel measuring is a key link which ensure aircraft fuel system in normal and accurate operation, measuring accuracy、reliability and maintainability of fuel measurement system has an important influence on the overall performance of the plane.Aircraft fule measurement system by measuring the computer、sensors and cable made up has always been an independent system for a long time. As digital technology、computer technology and microelectronics technology of the rapid development,airborne mechanical and electronic system towards integration direction as inevitable trend.In airborne mechanical and electronic system towards integration direction of development,fuel measuring system by integration will become inevitable trend.Through signal transformation circuit,oil amount measuring module transforms sensors simulation signal into digital signal,again through the fule tank curve to setting up mathematical model,using digital signal processor work out all the rest of the fule volume infule tank,thus it achieve high precision of the amount of oil in real time measurement. At the same time,oil amount measuring module gathers fule system status information,according to the amount of oil tank and fule system status information for comprehensive judgment,oil amount measuring module can achieve oil control functions.Digital signal processing is now the most popular a kind of embedded system development technology, the technology of digital signal can be easily transformed、filtered and other processed,can also through a variety of complex operation be achieved anticipated goals.In this paper,the main control chips of oil amount measuring module is high performance DSP chip(SM(J)320F2812),oil amount measuring module can achieve oil amount measurement functions、dicrete amount collection functions and oil control functions,this paper analyzes on the main function and main technical indicators of oil amount measuring module,and these features will be in a piece of integrated circuit board,in addition,the module is designed protecting circuit and testing circuit.This paper uses TI company CCS(Code Composer studio for short) 3.3 embedded integrated development platform for software development. CCS is so powerful that the user can easily read the code, find syntax errors,complete the breakpoint setting in the process of program debugging. In the article the establishment of software engineering and of burning process software has carried on the brief description.In this paper,it mainly tells the shape strucyure and design principles of oil amount measuring module,this paper simply introduces hardware design of oil amount measuring module and detailedly gives out the flow chart of software function unit,this study results plays an important guide after the new model for aircraft oil measurememt.
