The Simulation Of Multiple Agents Evacuation In An Airplane

As a branch of virtual reality simulation field, the researches on emergency evacuation model of crowd and emergency evacuation simulation are more and more important and challenging. Currently, researches on the simulation of multiple agents'evacuation in an airplane are significant. It assists the airworthiness certification process, improves design efficiency in the early stages of aircraft designing, as well as optimizing the design methods. However there are still a lot of difficulties to be resolved, the agent evacuation model and algorithms need to be developed. So it is urgent to do deeper research work.This paper summarizes the human factors in an airplane, and various evacuation models. The following contents have been included in this paper:1. The human factors and related data in an airplane has been studied and summarized, as well as the cabin property, passengers'property, and interaction between passengers and environment.2. Various algorithms of agents evacuation simulation model in an airplane has been studied, and we analyzed the aircraft environment's unique character, combined agent evacuation model with the human factors, proposed the competition model during an evacuation so that the evacuation process is more reasonable. The evacuation algorithm includes information perception, exit and route choosing, occupancy competition, evacuation speed, and behavior modification. It is the basic algorithm to develop the evacuation simulation system.3. The realization of evacuation simulation system has been studied, and the software evacuation simulation system has been developed based on the algorithm, we also analyzed the simulation experiments'results data, it shows that the algorithm and the evacuation model are reasonable.There are several innovations in this paper as follows:1. Based on the cellular automat model and exited egress evacuation model, as well as considered the particularity of an airplane, we combined the human factors with evacuation models, proposed the competition model during an evacuation to solve conflict between agents, so that the evacuation process is more reasonable.2. We not only considered the shortest route principle in the evacuation simulation, but also considered environment factors. We compared the two results with different rules; It shows that the environment related rule is more reasonable.3. We proposed a more general evacuation simulation solution, it considered the perceiving of information around, and behavior adjustment during evacuation process. We also developed the simulation software called EvacuSimulation.
