Lean Production is a JIT production that Stressed Eliminate waste Completely,Reduce costs and Continuous Improvement.The key difference between Lean Production and Mass production is that Logistics's Trigger mechanism and In-process inventory control mechanisms is Different. Thus Lean production has the different Management Thoughtwith and Production organization and management techniques from Mass production. CELL production is an important aspect of lean production. It's flexible production line can save a lot of switching time,also can rapidly improve the competitiveness of the company, Improve production efficiency , improve the line balance rate, increase output per capita by reducing waste of production .Assembly line of A company Drinking fountains's under door is the research object of this paper.This paper Improve the production line by using Work research. Work research is The most effective and The most basic method of industrial engineering.This paper Remove excess processing and inspection process by using Program analysis techniques; Reduce ineffective handling, waiting, storage of waste by using flow program analysis;let Action more Efficient, coordinated and easy by using The principles of motion economy. Production Line has the Fundamental changes though Improvement of three different Angle,Linear flow assembly line change into Pre-assembled and CELL production. New mode of production has effectively improved the original assembly line's problems. Analysis the changes before and after improvement by using Comparative Research Method, Demonstrate the superiority of the new mode of production, It improves the balance of line rate, increase per capita output, improve staff motivation, reduce the production line switching time, reduce Daigong time, reduce the production area and so on. In this paper, use the most basic method of industrial engineering, with systematic,practical,and Strong operational. The concludes provide a reference to the improvement of the assembly line.,and use for reference which has similar problems to this assembly line.
