Program Analysis Of The Annual Output Of 400 Thousand Ton Boxboard Production Line

The packaging cardboard has been developing rapidly,and the demand for boxboard paper is the largest.In this paper,taking a large-scale boxboard paper production line with waste paper as raw materia in Anhui Province for an example to analyze the process of papermaking production line and the best proportion of using the papermaking chemicals according to the production data tracked,and discusses the practical application of technical transformation.The main papermaking chemicals of involving of the production test are: surface sizing starch,pulp sizing starch,stickies control agent.Analysis of the use of various subsystems in the process and the add mode of chemicals.Aluminum sulfate,retention and drainage and other chemicals are added in the flow stage,among them,aluminum sulfate,dry strength agent,fungicide and other chemicals are added directly in the slurry pond,polyacrylamide is added after a pressure screen,bentonite is added before a pressure screen.In the paper,the production test relates to the main papermaking chemicals,compared with the type of material for surface sizing starch,addition amount of pulp sizing starch,the difference of adding point for stickies control agent,and analysis its application effect.Combined with the actual product quality,the results showed that the effect of corn starch is better than tapioca starch in the preparation of surface sizing starch,the effect of pulp sizing starch is related to the adding location and adding amount,the effect of difference is decided by the adding point for stickies control agent that different manufacturers provide.Making a concrete analysis of the multi-chain in the DCS control system,discuss the DCS control technology for the paper sheet of physical performance and appearence,analysis the cost of construction of paper production line and its benefits.Putting forward several techniques to increase the output of paper machine,such as speed control,strengthening management,using chemical and technical transformation which is focused on pipeline reconstruction,equipment adding,parameter and process optimization and so on.In order to solve the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions:transform the system of slag removal,optimize the section of the configuration for the existing pulping production line.
