One of the characteristics of xinjiang, pomegranate fruit for raw materials, from the power of the juice of my pomegranate extract, clear, and the membrane filtration technology research and study of the system of different dillenii effect of armor, And the membrane aperture, pressure and temperature of operation parameters on the membrane flux, discusses the influence of processing in pomegranate juice, can choose to build and pathways for machining process of the juice of my pomegranate. The main research results are as follows:1.This experiment respectively from the three kinds of pomegranate juice out of the storage, sweet apples to apples, and the rate of juice, sweet apples in three kinds of pomegranate juice, sweet taste, colour and lustre is fresh, acid pomegranate pomegranates suitable for processing.2.This experiment of pomegranate juice, by pectin enzymatic respectively from the single factor and orthogonal test can judge the influence factors of the pomegranates clarification to prioritize:A (for pectinase dosage) > B (clarify temperature) > C (clearing time). Thus the best conditions for A2B1C2, namely in pectate lyase dosage, time for 0.06%, temperature in for 3h 45℃under the condition of pomegranate juice can obtain the biggest light transmittance, best euphotic rate for 49.3%.3.Through the three aperture membrane system of the main nutrient clear juice and physiochemical index comparative analysis of inorganic membrane, ceramic microfiltration membrane clarification of pomegranate juice suitable for 0.20 micron, the best operation parameters for pressure 0.15 MPa, membrane sterilization aperture is 0.20 micron, membrane surface velocity for 1.5 m/s, membrane sterilizing temperature for 20 degrees centigrade. Use 0.20 micron membrane treatment can effectively intercept influence the stability of the pomegranates clear juice, suspended and macromolecular substances can retain juice of nutrients and aroma. And in the warranty period did not appear any stratification and precipitation phenomenon, and has achieved aseptic effect.4.By hot water washing, cleaning, for pectinase NaOH cleaning ceramic membrane can be seen, the results of the aqueous solution cleaning effect is the best NaOH and recovery rate 85%, in effect, can be used as the effective cleaning. In order to save resources, and can be used for cleaning and hot water washing NaOH combination method.
