Dyeing wastewater was one of the main water pollution sources currently,which was of great capacity,deep chroma, poor biochemical degradation and complicated components.It was difficult to reach effluent standard by conventional biological treatment process.Therefore,the research of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology is great significant.Hydrolytic acidification and biological contact oxidation process already has more research,this study uses hydrolysis acidification+biological contact oxidation + photocatalytic oxidation equippment of the deal with the self-pri三nting and dyeing wastewater.By comparing the retention time, the availability of dissolved oxygen in the treatment effect,analyzed the COD and color treatment of the relationship as well as the biodegradability improvement of results, to determine the optimum working conditions. Hydrolytic Acidification+biological contact with oxygen+photocatalytic treatment combinations for nearly two experiments out of the water through the COD,color of indicators to determine the test results of this process,the ultimate aim is for the guide on practices.This paper studies the content and conclusions are as follows:1.Analysis of the water quality and waste pollution water characteristics about dyeing and printing water on production processes.2.Analysis each section on hydrolytic acidification ,bio-contact oxidation, photocatalytic oxidation process of construction section of the removal of pollutants, analysis of its influencing factors separately.3.To determine the best design of all monomer structures,operating parameters.4.Study of Integrated Process System with the pollutants,removal and analysis of the monomer structure between the removal of pollutants relevance.Through the last two months come to hydrolytic acidification and biological contact oxidation phase of the optimum operating conditions:hydraulic retention time:12h, gas-water ratio 25:1.TiO2 catalyst dosing concentration of 0.2g/L,the illumination time was 60 min,thedosage of H2O2 is 4.0 mmol/L,under the conditions,COD and the highest color removal rate. The combined process of the indicators have reached the final effluent,"the textile dyeing and finishing industrial water pollutant discharge standard"GB4287-92 1 emission standards.
