Dyeing and printing waster has characteristic of high temperature, high concentration of pollutant, many kinds of colour and changes of quantity and water quality. In the experiment, in order to find out a viable technique route and get a valid design and help to the practical performance, we researched the influencing factors of the treatment of Printing and dyeing wastewate .Experimental water used analogue dye wastewater. In this experiment, hydrolytic acidification-aerobic biological contact oxidation processes were adopted to treat printing and dyeing waster water. In the expriment, COD,BOD5,PH,the colour degree etc were analyzed. The process started up by the method of feeding and culture.60 days of operation showed that the biofilm grows well and that the removing rate of COD is above 90%. The stage one and stage two aerobic biological contact oxidation contribute most of the COD removal in the experiment process. The COD removal efficiency of the two aerobic contact oxdation treatment stages was 40% and 20% respectively, accounting for 60% of the total COD removal efficiency of the system. In the end , the effluent quality meets the requirement of discharge standard for wastewater. In order to get the better conditions of the experiment, the fators that might affect the operqtion of the reactor model were assessd through orthogonal experiment.Through the experoment ,we know that when the equipment is work with the water speed of 5L/h, 7L/h,9L/h, as a result ,we know that it is at the water speed of 5L/h,we get the best result; When the pH of wastewater is 7 and 9 , it does nothing to the result of the treatment. However, it does harm to the result of the treatment when the pH of wastewater is 5.
