While the oil field comes into middle or later period, with the expanding of the scale of water-flooding exploitation, the energy of the stratum declines comparatively, the comprehensive water content rises higher and higher, the costs of per ton oil go up, in order to get rid of the tough challenge that the eastern oil fields commonly confront, it is very necessary to carry out the reaserch of improving the efficiency of machinery production, reduce the energy consumptions, low the costs of oil recovery and improve the economic benefits.Basing on actual data analysis and interior theory research, this article has determined the relatives between ground management and system efficiency by comparing and analyzing the actual measured datas; has researched the relatives between underground work efficiency and the work system of oil wells by regression analysis,;has analyzed the mechanical condition of underground rods of the inclined well using the method of three-dimensional and three-targeted model analysis; has engaged in parameter design of low energy -consuming wells with the system efficiency served as the objective function; while also has used these results to write optimized design software of inclined well's parameters. Has analyzed the system efficiency of machinery production of 118 region in Xinmu oil plant , developed overall optimization and adjustment and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits, all these have certain application value.
