Research On The Marketization Of Sewage Reuse In Urumqi

Urumqi is one of the typical cities which lack of water resource because of amount insufficiency and quality problems. And sewage reuse in Urumqi plays a very important role in relieving water crisis,reducing environment pollution,building water-saving city and advancing sustainable use of water. However,the development of sewage treatment and reuse and its marketization in Urumqi is shot and still has many problems,though some effects have been obtained. So,by the methods of data query,survey on the spot and visit and so on,this paper analyses the situation of sewage treatment factories and problems which exist in the marketization of sewage reuse in Urumqi systematically and expatiates the necessity,feasibility and patterns deserve learning about the marketization from theory and practice. Combined with the characters of sewage reuse in Urumqi,this paper also establishes the operational mechanism of its marketization. At last,functions,which government should take on in creating the exterior environment of market operation,are put forward,as well as the government policies and regulations which can promote the market development of reuse water.
