Water-borne ultra-violet (UV) curing system has advantages shuch as pollution-free, non-toxic, non-stimulation, security of production. It is more active in the field of research and development of coating. UV-curable system has become one of the major development directions of ultra-violet (UV) curing system.In this study, two series of water-borne UV-curable resin was synthesized to use of differrent synthetic materials, epoxy acrylic resin (EA) was synthesized by use of acrylic and epoxy resin, then water-borne epoxy acrylic resin (EB) was synthesized by use of EA and maleic anhydride , water-borne Acrylic polyurethane (PUA) was synthesized that made use of 2,4 toluene di-isocyanate (TDI),polyethylene glycol (PEG) ,hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA). Epoxy resin are modied by use of PUA, several structure of the resin were analyzed by means of infrared spectroscopy at the same time. The best response conditions of the synthetic resin above-mentioned,the hydrophilic properties of resin and content of the hydrophilic group,neutralizing degree and as affected the emulsion performance of solid content were studied. The type of photo initiator ,amount of photo initiator , the type of neutralizer, dry conditions,the structure of the resin to influence on curing speed of light were discussed . The results show that hardness, brittleness and gloss of curing membrane coating had been greatly improved.
