Currently, most gas reservoir wells have produced the water and gas at the same time, however, the study which gas and water production capacity of the analysis is not perfect, especially for low permeability gas water capacity of un usual circumstances points, which we used the conventional methods of production can not be carried out, in this paper we study the seepage theory which about the low permeability gas water to address the above issues.According to the flow mechanics and the modern test theories, we have built the two-phase gas and water seepage mathematical model and simplify the model by pseudo pressure function and give a solving for the model; we have determined the pressure of the amendment to solute the low permeability gas production of abnormal data (Inversion), which can not be carried out by the analysis of the capacity issues. We have found the main factors which were mad the water level produces energy. Finally, we give a method about compute the water and gas reservoir of dynamic reserves by the nonlinear least square method. At last, we use the method to validate the actual data and gain a good result.
