Oasis is a special ecological type area and important base of human existence and development of which water resources condition is superior in arid area oasis. The Jingtai Electrical Irrigation Region is a newly developed artificial oasis and it′s ecosystem is very fragile.In this study,theory and methods of emergy was applied to quantitatively analyze the eco-economic system of Jingtai Electrical Irrigation Region,and participatory approach was used to investigate and evaluate the system management technology in order to find out existing problems and present the coupling technology and construction suggestions of oasis integrated ecosystem management in Jingtai Electrical Irrigation Region and to promote management of oasis integrated ecosystem of the Jingtai Electrical Irrigation Region and gansu corridor and to provide scientific basis for sustainable development of regional ecology and economy. The results showed that:1.The emergy indices of Hongyue village eco-economic system where medlar is grown in the salting and the alkaling farmland as main production mode is that environmental resource emergy ratio,0.03,purchased emergy ratio,0.97,industrial subsidiary emergy ratio,0.69, organic subsidiary emergy ratio,0.21,net emergy yield ratio,2.02,emergy investment ratio,8.84,environmental loading ratio,2.56,emergy sustainable index,0.79,self-system's feedback ratio,0.04.Basic characteristics of biological measures that medlar is grown in the salting and alkaling farmland is high energy consumption,intensive human input,much fertilization and irrigation,high economic input.2.The emergy indices of Dazuizhi village eco-economic system which is next to desert is that environmental resource emergy ratio,0.05,purchased emergy ratio,0.95,industrial subsidiary emergy ratio,0.40,organic subsidiary emergy ratio,0.28,net emergy yield ratio,3.10,emergy investment ratio,2.12,environmental loading ratio,0.82,emergy sustainable index,3.77,self-system's feedback ratio,0.09. The village eco-economic system is a general agricultural production mode of irrigation region.3.The production of two typical village eco-economic system reflects characteristics of Jingtai Electrical Irrigation Region. The project which was irrigated from Huanghe river is high lift,large electricity consumption,high human input,a lot of input of chemical fertilizer and irrigation quantity .4.The emergy indices of the economic forest production mode in HongYue village is that emergy investment ratio,52.40,net emergy yield ratio,3.03,environmental loading ratio,2.00,emergy sustainable index,1.52.The emergy indices of the corn (Zea mays) production mode is that emergy investment ratio,13.9,net emergy yield ratio,1.36, environmental loading ratio,7.31,emergy sustainable index,0.19.The emergy indices ratio of the production mode medla and corn is that emergy investment ratio,3.78,net emergy yield ratio,2.24,environmental loading ratio,0.27,emergy sustainable index,8.19.The medla production mode make Hong Yue village's underdeveloped,closed ecological economic system open and active,strengthened the potentiality of sustainable development.5.By using participatory rural-appraisal(PRA) to evaluate five main management measures of integrated ecosystem management system in arid area oasis,the results showed that weighted mean value of degree of satisfaction in target layer is 8.569,that the weight sequencing of degree of satisfaction in rule layer is Fencing Sandy Land(0.417)>Conservation Tillage(0.263)>Medlar Grown in the Salting and Alkaling Farmland(0.160)>The Building of Ecological Courtyard (0.097)>Protection Forest System(0.062),that there are obvious differences in the contribution value of factor layer, that there are differences in degrees of approval of integrated ecosystem management system among these village and there are obvious differences in degrees of approval's weight and degree of satisfaction of different management measure in same village.6.Based on emergy analysis and participatory rural-appraisal,the coupling technology of oasis integrated ecosystem management in Jingtai Electrical Irrigation Region was presented,namely,fencing sandy land of oasis periphery,conservation tillage of dry farmland,medlar grown in the salting and alkaling farmland,the building of ecological courtyard of villages,regional integrated protection forest system.7.According to existing problems of the oasis irrigation region eco-economic system, construction suggestions of optimal management was presented that is to optimize input energy composition of system production,to increase output,strengthen the ecological environment construction,to improve utilization ratio of renewable resources,to strengthen stability of ecosystem,pay attention to scientific management of water resources,to combine water saving with technology of development,to optimize allocation of water resources,to increase training power to farmers,to improve gradually farmers'cultural quality and scientific consciousness,to macro-control operation and management of system , to mobilize fully farmers'participation enthusiasm , improve power of implementation and effectiveness of integrated ecosystem management.
