The Influenced Factors Of Polymer Viscosity Research About Suited Injection With Sewage

With the development of Daqing Oilfield polymer flooding have been expanding, the clean water consumption has been increased sharply, it is not only increase development costs, but also the wastewater relates to environmental protection. Therefore, the technology that we use sewage from the oil recovery to propagate the polymer becomes increasingly important.Daqing oilfield has developed the feasible technology with the preparation of wastewater with polymer, and a lot of blocks has used. It reduced the difficulty of the waste water recharge contradictions. But there are also some problems. First, the viscosity of the wells commodities is too low. Second, it uses a lot of the dry power. Because of the most dry power ,it increased development costs.This paper relies on wastewater that used for the preparation of polymer matrix , mainly for the preparation of oily sewage polymer viscosity of factors for the study. Through a variety of experimental, the ultimate impact of oily wastewater of the viscosity of the polymer solution has been found. So we find the method how to remove the main factors of wastewater, so as to lower costs and increase the development effectiveness.
