When SDBS was used to modify soy protein,the orthogonal experiment L9(34) was carried out.The best technology condition was SPI with 15g,SDBS with 2.5wt% (SDBS/SPI),reaction temperature with 35℃,reaction time with 5h for the experiment.The best hot-pressing technology was that hot pressing temperature was 160℃,hot pressing pressure was 1.5 MPa and hot pressing time was 200s/mm,glue spread was 1g.DSC data showed that the higher concentration of SDBS,the lower the enthalpy values.Infrared spectrum analysis demonstrated that secondary structure of protein was unfolded and massive polar groups were exposed by SDBS-modification.The synthesis and application of soy protein isolate gratfed copolymers have been investigated.The factors of influencing adhesive strength and water resistances were studied.The copolymer was characterized by Infrared Spectrometer; Differential Scanning Calorimetry.The results indicated the styrene has been grafted onto the SPI.According to the orthogonal experiment table L9(34),the best technology condition was SPI with 15g,SDBS with 2.5wt%(SDBS/SPI),MA with 1g,epoxy resins with 15g.FTIR and DSC showed MA has reacted with epoxy resins as curing agent.
