Oil well produces associated gas more or less during production. The gas will effect the pump efficiency of deep well-pump, if the amount of the gas of oil well is large, even gas locking occur.In order to reduce the influence of gas on oil pump , there are usually two methods to enhance the pump efficiency and the oil well output. One method is increasing the submergence to increase inlet pressure of the oil pump and reduce the influence of free gas on the pump; the other is using gas anchor to separate gas from liquid before the liquid enter the pump. The second method is used commonly.The principle of multicup isoflux gas anchor studied in the paper is based on the density difference of oil and gas. The degassing efficiency of gas anchor is improved through prolonging the residence time staying in settling cup of producing fluid of oil well. As to the multicup isoflux gas anchor, present achievements include the research on hydraulic designing and calculating methods, simulation experiments in labs, etc. The corrugated multicup isoflux gas anchor is a generation of multicup isoflux gas anchor. The main structure parameters of the corrugated multicup isoflux gas anchor include the number of arris, the depth and the angle of concave. How to optimize the parameters to obtain the optimum degassing efficiency is the main purpose of this paper.Based on the method of dimensional analysis, the criterion equation of flow of gas/liquid two-phase flow through corrugated multicup isoflux gas anchor is established. With the corresponding flow parameters measured through the experiments and the criterion equation mentioned above, the correlation formula of degassing efficiency of flow of gas/liquid two-phase flow through corrugated multicup isoflux gas anchor is obtained through the regression analysis using the least square method and the Gaussian elimination. The influences of the number of arris and concave depth and angle on degassing efficiency are analyzed, respectively, thus corrugated multicup isoflux gas anchor of optimum structure parameters is obtained.
