With the large-scale Popularization And Application of polymer in the Portugal I group oil layer of Daqing Oil Field, the area that main layer can supply for polymer flooding are more and more few. Recently Class II Reservoirs is the main object of the polymer flooding. Class II Reservoirs is also the major superseder after the main layer polymer flooding. In Lamadian oil field two kinds of oil layer Class I and Class II are very different in reservoir nature and the environment of deposition, Class II Reservoirs permeability distribution is extremely imbalanced in lateral and vertical, its connectivity of interlayer is also different, in order to exploring Class II Reservoirs oil displacement efficiency and economic benefit, pilot field test of Polymer Flooding was conducted in La nan test area. Through this pilot field test, we did a lot of practice and research on Polymer flooding parameters by comprehensive consideration injection-production capability, polymer flooding effect and reservoir nature, finishing the individualization design of polymer concentration and molecular weight, researching the reasonable well pattern and spacing for Class II Reservoirs, forming Class II Reservoirs comprehensive adjustment technique, and the current recovery increase was 12%, the Class II Reservoirs polymer flooding test has met expected development goal. This test provides the practice basis for the class II oil reservoir return to testing in Lamadian oil field.
