The Research And Application On "Two Ratoi" Control Technique Of Pumping Unit Wells In Lamadian Oilfield

This paper points that since Lamadian oil field has entered higher water-cut stage in view of oil well operating comprehensive rework rate and the pump inspection of the high rate problems, through analyzing the main factors of oil well operating rework rate and the rate of pump inspection .The ageing , eccentric wear and other issues of pitman are the main reasons leading to high rate and the pump inspection since Lamadian oil field has entered higher water-cut stage. Our oil production plant in view of difficult problems , has carried out a series of scientific research , field extending test and affective management to form a suitable Lamadian oil field series of complementary technology ,so that rod pumped well"two rate"has been controlled . Effective approach of rod pumped well control"two rate"in higher water-cut stage has important guiding role for reducing the oil field cost of operation and improving rod pumped well management level.First of all, research online examination technology for discriminating oil tube.
