The carbonatite fractured reservoir in Shengli Futai oilfield has a distinguishing feature of the deep zone and high temperature. After it is acid fractured, the fast reaction rate of acid together with carbonate rock causes that the penetration of acid etching fracture is not depth and the effect of acid fracturing is bad. In view of the above-mentioned questions, the thermostable gelling agent is prepared. At the same time, the reaction regular pattern of the thermostable gelling acid together with the carbonatite fractured reservoir in Futai is researched. The acid fracturing operating technique is researched and the in-situ experiment is proceeded to aim at the Futai oilfield simultaneously.The fundamental research thinking in this paper: First, the modern thermostable gelling acid are researched; Secondly, the kinetics and the fracture capacity of the thermostable gelling acid reaction together with Futai carbonatite core are studied; thirdly, the optimizing design and the in-situ test are completed after optimizing the recombination acid fracturing construction technology, developing the P3D analyzing software for drop of pressure and the evaluating technology for recombination acid fracturing.The innovating and creating works in this paper display: the new pattern thermostable gelling acid is developed, the analyzing model of monomer liquid droplet nucleate is built up and reactive kinetics equation is obtained by means of researching polymerization mechanism and polyreaction kinetics. The viscosity of the new pattern thermostable gelling acid is 26.7 mPa.s in 170℃and 170s-1 when it is sheared for 1 hour in 25%HCL. The reaction regular pattern of the thermostable gelling acid together with the carbonatite fractured reservoir in Futai is developed by means of studying the kinetics and the fracture capacity of the thermostable gelling acid reaction together with Futai carbonatite core are studied. The lithomechanics parameter and lateral section stress are acquired by means of testing the mechanics parameter in dynamics and static state and simulating the well logging parameter. At the same time, the minifrac calibration treatment and analytic technique are built up which may be used to study the distribution and growth of the natural fracture in the carbonatite reservoir in Shengli Futai oilfield. The evaluaterating approach of acid fracturing are built up by developing the P3D analyzing software. The key elements which affect the effects of acid fracturing are acquired. The selection of a topic of this paper is originality, which maybe resolve the development problem of the carbonatite fractured reservoir of the deep zone and high temperature in Shengli oilfield.
