Our country is indigent on per capita water resourses, moreover,With the development of national economy,the contradiction of supplyment and requirements about water resources becomes worse .Domestic sewage is a kind of mild pollute water, which can be reuse in many ways after treat with a suit method, so it is necessary to treat and reuse Domestic sewage.The article study on domestic waste water treatment property by using compound membrane biological reactor, including the condition of processe and cost analysis.Uder the optimum conditions which are HRT=8h and SRT=20d,the Removal of COD is 98% and NH3-N is 70%, The effluent excel the national standards,and the treatment efficiency is better than the traditional biological treatment technologic process.Furthermore, how to design priority operational parameters of the test equipment of CMBR were discussed in order to use the device to treat and reuse domestic dewage therefore ,the treatment equipment should be compact,the volume of the equipment should be reduced,and the process should be advanced and easily operating and self-controlling to some extent. The experimental results indicate the optimum operational'parameters is that: the water yield is 0.5L/m2·min, rate of recovery is 85%,running cycle is 30d.then these optimum operational parameters were used to design CMBR.finally,the economical feasibility was discussed.
