This paper was to study bio-chemical bamboo pulp, mainly including three aspects: Firstly, It's study the optimal treating conditions of the different microbes on bamboo, then find the most optimal microbe to treat bamboo, and make a further study on the volume and proportion of this microbe; Secondly, After the pretreatment of the microbe, bamboo was used for sulfate pulping and It's mainly studied about the pulping ability of bamboo, the bleach-ability of the pulp, the yellowing ability of the pulp, the physical qualities of the pulp and the pollution of the effluents; At last, It's studied on the principle about the pretreatment of the microbe on bamboo. The conclusions are as follow:It's mainly studied the optimal treating conditions of Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Candida lipolytica, Aspergillus niger + Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger + Aspergillus oryzae+Candida lipolytica, and find a right treating condition: T=30°C, PH=6.0, timely oxygen, adding nutriment and 8 days of treatment time. Then on this basic, the seven experiments of Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Candida lipolytica, Aspergillus niger + Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger + Candida lipolytica, Aspergillus oryzae+ Candida lipolytica, Aspergillus niger + Aspergillus oryzae+ Candida lipolytica would be in the process at the same time in order to find the optimal microbe to treat bamboo. Finally the volume and proportion of the microbe would be studied. The results showed that it's the best of Aspergillus niger + Aspergillus oryzae + Candida lipolytica (2: 1: 1) for the research, the volume wasn't important and the optimal treating condition included T=35℃, PH=7.0, timely oxygen,...
