This thesis includes a review and a research section.In the review, the principle, fabrication, techniques, characteristics of micro-flow injection chip are presented, respectively. The methods of chemiluminescence determination for the micro-flow injection chip are reviewed mainly, and the prospect of this chip is viewed.The research section contains four subunits.In the first subsection, a micro-flow injection system on a chip was prepared for the determination of tetracycline in fish and shrimp, based on luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence. Spiral flow cell channels were fabricated using laser on poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA). We controlled the sampling time precisely by a timer. The linear range was 2.0×10-71.0× 10-5g/mL with the detection limit of 1.7× 10-8/gmL, and the relative standard deviation was RSD=1.7%(n=11,c=5.0× 10-7g/mL), The chip is simple, rapid and high sensitive with less reagent consumption. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of tetracycline in fish and shrimp.In the second subsection, it was found that the weak CL signal of luminol-KIO4 was greatly enhanced by the chloramphenicol in alkaline media, a novel micro-flow injection chemiluminescence system for the determination of chloramphenicol was described in this paper. The flow channels were fabricated using laser on poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA). We controlled the sampling time precisely by a timer. Under the selecting experimental conditions, the linear range was 8.0 × 10-81.0×10-4g/mL with the detection limit of 6×10-8 g/mL, and the relative standard deviation was RSD=1.5%(n=11,c=1.0× 10-5g/mL), The proposed method has been successfully applied to the rudimental determination of chloramphenicol in food safety.In the third subsection, A micro-flow injection system on a chip was prepared for the determination of Hydrocortisone in injection, based on luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 chemiluminescence.
