Abstract This thesis includes a review and a research section.In the review, the principle, fabrication, characteristics of micro-flow injection and micro-biosensor on chip are presented, respectively. The applications of the two kinds of chip are reviewed.The research section contains four subunits.In the first subsection, a new chemiluminescence(CL) micro-flow injection chip integrated with micro-valve and reagents is proposed. The analytical characteristic of the chip was studied with luminol-K3Fe(CN)6-H2O2 chemiluminescence system. The linear range for H2O2 determination was 2xl0'5-8xl0"9 mol/L with the detection limit of 3.6×10-9 mol/L, and the relative standard deviation was RSD=4.4%(c=1×10-6mol/L,n=11). The chip is simple, rapid and high sensitive with less reagent consumption. The proposed chip has been successfully applied to the determination of glucose in human serum.In the second subsection, a new chemiluminescence(CL) micro-flow injection chip integrated with separate systems and sampling by running time is proposed. It is based on chemiluminescence system of luminol- Co2+ -H2O2 for determination of hydrogen peroxide in rainwater.The linear range for H2O2 was 1×10-4 - 2×10-7 mol/L with the detection limit of 9.5×10-8 mol/L, and the relative standard deviation was RSD=2.9% (c=4×10-6mol/L,n=11) .In the third subsection, a micro-flow injection chip was prepared for the determination of ribavirin, based on luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence. Spiral flow cell channels were fabricated using laser on poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA),sampling was precisely controlled by time.The linear range for ribavirin was 2×10-5 2×10-6mol/L with the detection limit of 4×10-7 mol/L, and the relative standard deviation was RSD=1.5%(c=8×l0-6mol/L,n=11). The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of ribavirin in urine.In last subsection, a micro-flow injection chemiluminescence system for in vivo on-line monitoring of chromium(III) metabolism in blood by microdialysis sampling is described.
