The crude oil and the light petroleum products contain much of light hydrocarbon which have very strong volatility. Some of the liquids hydrocarbon will inevitably vaporize to the air. When those products are exploiting refining ,transporting , distributing and applying, it will bring on the serious petroleum vaporized loss because of the limit of the technique and equipment. The petroleum vaporized loss relate to many parts of domain such as petroleum petrochemical, decorate(varnish), transportation etc. It become one of the unsolved problems in the safety, saving energy sources, environment protection' s domain which need to manage. The technique of petroleum vaporized loss and decline the petroleum vaporized loss is an important research which refer to many subjects of scientific. Many scientists from petroleum transportation, chemical engineer and environment engineer domain focus on this research. At present, the petroleum gas are summarized as follows: absorption, adsorption, condensation, membrane separation. This text relate to the subject of materiel which result in some bad influences with the benzene gas recovery loading in the DaQing Petrochemical Company for example, the much exhaust of vaporized material , the bad influences of operated workers and circumstance. this text rearch the vaporizes of the gas and compute the quantity of the gas vaporizes in theories , It also compare with the actual measure results and design to comprehensivly compare to the four measures according to the gas exhaust characteristics on the benzene loading . lastly , we confirm the benzene gas recovery measure:active carbon fibre adsorption. This text also evaluate the investment benefit of the recovery technics and equipments.
