In the first part of this paper, authous studied the effects of Hg, Cd, Cr on the growth, chlorophyll concentration, soluble protein content, soluble amylase content in the algae- Chlamydomonas sajiao Lewin. The results showed, when the concentration of Hg, Cd, Cr is very low, the quantity of algae is promoted. In the same way, the chlorophyll concentration, soluble protein content, soluble amylase content increased progressively. When the concentration of Hg, Cd, Cr is higher and the time is longer, the quantity of algae is depressed, chlorophyll concentration, soluble protein content decreased progressively. To growth, the order of toxicity is Cd2+>Cr6+>Hg2+; To chlorophyll concentration, the order of toxicity is Hg2+>Cd2+>Cr6+; To soluble protein content, the order of toxicity is Cd2+>Cr6+>Hg2+.In the second part of this paper, extract of Chlamydomonas sajiao Lewin was tested for antibacterial and antifungal activity. The algae was extracted by four organic impregnant: methanol- toluene(3:1), ethanol,沙角衣藻;重金属离子;蛋白质;叶绿素;多糖:提取物;细菌;真菌;抑制活性...
