Being abundant of variety of creature, Qinling mountains is distinct in our country as well as Euro-Asian continentmenwhile, Qinling nature reserves, lies in the western Qinling mountains, is the typical area of various creatures, so, it is very important for us to try our best to preserve the precious various creatures in Qinling mountains, which has significant influence on our country as well as World. But, it is at present for Qinling mountains each protection zone in the nature reserve group current protection and management styles and it" is the protection of poor efficiency that lay behind the tendency requires of scientifically and effectively child care Qinling mountains nature reserves bio-diversity to have some disparity now. most nature reserves are during the process of protecting to bio-diversity, still adopt the traditional some passive protected mode taking laying special stress on protecting species as center. The protected mode of the poor efficiency and bigger artificial disturbance inside and outside the district and destroying, bring unfavorable influence to effective protection of bio-diversity. In view of this, the author attempts with the aid of ecological basic principle of the landscape and present research results and ecological research approach of the contemporary landscape in this research, proceed from ecosystem level of the landscape, through appraising to one group of models and an example-the analysis of the landscape spatial pattern of the zhouzhi national-level nature reserve in the nature reserve of Qinling mountains, then plan to structure the more rational landscape ecosystem, is in the hope of achieving the hinge-efficient purpose to protect bio-diversity and living environment.There are six parts in this paper. The first part is prologue. It expound that among all the nature reserves there are the same problems during bio-diversity protecting in the most nature reserves, and the writer point out some settlements, the second part is starting of this paper. This part introduce that the development and actuality of investigation about landscape ecological. The third part narrate that the -aim of analysis about landscape pattern, it include four small parts. At the beginning, it introduce the study area and the physical, society and economy of the study area. Then the author present the indexes of the analysis of landscape pattern in the zhouzhi nature reserve,significance and calculate means, and last is the outcome of analysis of landscape pattern.In the fifth part of this paper the author answer the investigation problem-how to design and mark out the landscape ecological. And the last part is tag of the paper.The light points of the paper are: (1) The author analyzes the spatial pattern of landscape on a certain scale and a zoomed scale in order to master the spatial pattern character of landscape comprehensively and precisely and lays a good foundation for the following reasonable planning of landscape ecology. (2) On analyzing the character of the spatial pattern of landscape, the author puts forward some new concepts and guidelines. Such as the distribution density and inlay fold of the vertical zones. And then offers the formula of it. (3) According to the property and size of the galleries, the author classifies them in the study region. (4) Author classifies the farmland according to its area, spreading shape and the influence, all these lay a good foundation for the taking land out of farming use in the following content.
