The thesis studied three factories that used the same new-type technics and different materials to produce organic fertilizer, mainly concerning the changes of several fermented parameters and nutrients. The results were as follows: (l)the common rule was the odour they produced as the fermentation process proceeding became weaker and weaker, when the compost was formed, the odour was not exist;(2)Total nitrogen content increased after a fermented period, about 1% in Zhang Jia Ron's > 1 .8% in Shan Xi's and 1.23% in Shan Dong's, the contents of Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn, P, K. had a increase due to the decline of organic matter and the total quantity of compost materials. The materials changed into granules from their former shapes;(3) Among the three factories, the temperature in composting of Shang Dong SenMao organic fertilizer factory whose main materials were earthnut shell and chicken manure rised sharply, after 20 days, it failed down, adjacent to the surrounding temperature, pH value of composting materials formed a curve with a apex, the water content declined from 60% to about 40%, all these showed it was a ideal fermentation; the conditions of the other two factories were not as good as it, they could not finish the whole fermented process in the fermentation facility and needed another period to finish it. In order to enhance the nutrient content of organic fertilizer, the second part studied the changes of inorganic fertilizer added to the compost materials. The total quantities of nutrients had a large increase, and the inorganic content, especially N and P, had a well-regulated decrease, it testified "inorganic matter changed into organic nutrient materials" was exist in nature indeed and the method to improve nutrient content of organic fertilizer was feasible.
