Research On Data Quality Control In The Second Rural Land Investigation

The main content of this paper is to systematically study the data quality control in the second survey of rural land. We targeted on the quality problems that exist in methods and control ways in these four working processes of the land survey( producing of base map of second national land survey, surveying outside, data acquisition and processing, data warehousing) by analyzing the source of error in land survey. Analysed the errors that may arise in any parts of processes.And using effective tools or methods to optimize investigative steps. Finally,we examed the accuracy of a database produced in the corresponding control method. The main results this paper are as follows:1. Detailing the major process of the second rural land survey; And the applications of 3S technology are analysed.2. Discussing the problems that should pay attention in the production of base map of second national land survey; establishing a clear image of the orthoimages correction in land survey; making the precision requirements to select and process the remote sensing images; analyzing of how to interpretation and surveying more effectively based on the original land-use database.3. Analyzing the main sources of quality problems in each processes and how to control the accuracy of the land survey; focused on the contents in graphics and attribute data checking; put forward the reasonable optimization program.4. The survey giving a method to qualitative assessment of the outcome of the program, and taking the data of YOUXIAN in the second rural land survey as an example. Through analyse the results of the data evaluation, demonstrating the feasibility of using techniques and methods described in each chapters to improve data accuracy.
