The Research And Management Of The Basic Meteorological Element Information In Northeast China

The premise and foundation of the research is to set up the basic meteorological database. It is mainly about the design and development based on the basic meteorological element information research and management in the northeast China of Geographic Information System and the prophase data processing. The system mainly deals with the original data, such as temperature and the precipitation, the fruit data and the project data, which are observed through over 100 observatories attached to the three provinces in the northeast of China.We can carry out all the functions in the demand analysis by using the basic meteorological element information research and management in the northeast China developed by VB and MapObjects. We can not only carry out the efficient management of the materials, but make the actions to open and look through all maps and layer files in the system come true. At the same time, it, with the general functions of GIS, provides the better management measures to the users.
