Objective 1 To construct a comprehensive evaluation index system and for occupational hazard prevention control in oil enterprises, determine the index weight.2 Establish a comprehensive evaluation model for occupational hazard prevention and control in petroleum enterprises.3 To verify of the comprehensive evaluation index system for occupational hazard prevention and control in oil enterprises through empirical research. Methods 1 A comprehensive evaluation index system for the prevention and control of occupational hazards in petroleum enterprises is constructed by using personal interviews, group discussions, theoretical analysis,Delphi expert consultation method and the AHP method, determine the indicator weights.2 The reliability of the consultation results is assessed through the recovery rate, efficiency, authority, concentration of opinions and coordination of expert consultation questionnaires;the reliability and validity of the comprehensive evaluation index system is evaluated by using split-half reliability,Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, content and structural validity.3 The comprehensive evaluation model of occupational hazard prevention and control in petroleum enterprises is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.4 The single sample t-test is used to compare the consistency of the calculated results of the expert scoring model to verify the rationality of the weight of the index system.5 Through expert consultation, the feasibility of the "Occupational Health work Special Audit Checklist" used by the enterprise was evaluated, and the single sample t-test was used to compare the consistency of the results of the inspection table and the comprehensive evaluation model,in order to verify the rationality of the index system. Results 1 Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation have been conducted. The recovery rates of the first and second rounds of Delphi expert consultation questionnaires are 100%and 93.10% and the effective rates are 96.67% and 100.0%.In the second round of expert consultation, the average authority coefficient of experts is 0.91,and the authority coefficient of all indicators is higher than 0.80.The mean importance score of experts for each level index is 4.07 to 4.64,and the coefficient of variation is 0.07 to 0.23.The coordination coefficients of expert opinions of first-level indicators,second-level indicators to which each first-level indicator belongs and third-level indicators to which each second-level indicator belongs are all greater than 0.5,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2 A comprehensive evaluation index system for the prevention and control of occupational hazards in petroleum enterprises has been constructed, including five dimensions of occupational hazard factors in the process of operation, occupational hazard protection measures, occupational health management,third-party supervision and the situation of occupational hazard organization and regulations, etc. The index system(threelevel)structure is 5-13-62.3 The weight scores of the five dimensions are 0.2052,0.2068,0.1954,0.1906 and 0.2020.4 The split-half reliability and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the indicator system are 0.832 and 0.908,and five common factors are extracted, and the cumulative contribution rate of variance is 85.323%.5 The comprehensive scores of five experts on occupational hazards in A,B and C companies were 3.60,2.80 and 4.60 respectively, and the scores calculated by the model were 3.49,2.71 and 4.52,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).6 Five experts evaluated the "Occupational Health work Special Audit Checklist" used by the enterprise, and the experts familiarity coefficient and authority coefficient were all above 0.9.The average score of importance of each index was 4.14-4.68,the coefficient of variation was0.08-0.19,the coordination coefficient of expert opinion was 0.592,and the split-half reliability and Cronbach α coefficient of the checklist were 0.835 and 0.874 respectively.7 The evaluation scores of A,B and C based on the Special Audit Checklist of Occupational Health work are 691.60,542.80 and 896.40,which shows no statistical difference with the comprehensive evaluation model score(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 The consulting experts are highly motivated, the consulting results owe a good degree of authority, concentration and coordination, and are also accurate and credible.2 The comprehensive evaluation index system of petroleum enterprise occupational hazard prevention and control has high reliability and validity, and the three-level index scoring standard is simple and feasible, which can accurately reflect the status of petroleum enterprise occupational hazard prevention and control.3 Based on the comprehensive evaluation index system of occupational hazard prevention and control in petroleum enterprises,a comprehensive evaluation model of occupational hazards in petroleum enterprises is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which improves the convenience of comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazard prevention and control in petroleum enterprises.4 The expert evaluation based on the comprehensive evaluation index system of occupational hazard prevention and control in petroleum enterprises is consistent with the calculation result of the model, and the weight of the index system is reasonable.5 Based on the expert evaluation results of "Occupational Health work Special Audit Checklist" and the calculation results of the model, the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model of occupational hazard prevention and control in petroleum enterprises accurately evaluate the situation of occupational hazard prevention and control in petroleum enterprises. It can be used as an effective tool for comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazard prevention and control in petroleum enterprises.13Figures;40 Tables;References 266...
