| The Great Chinese Dictionary defines "Yue Ze" as "literary talent" or"bright and sightly".When reading ancient books,we find that the "Yue Ze"concept is frequently found in ancient texts.The concept of "Yue Ze"is faced with the problems of unclear concept,unknown source,and indistinct principle.This study takes the informatization research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)books as the basic framework and revolves around the concept of "Yue Ze" Based on the classical theories of genesis,philology,hermeneutics and so on,this study explores the essence of the "Yue Ze" concept and puts forward the hypothesis about the "Yue ze" concept.Then,combined with multiple data mining methods such as knowledge graph,factor analysis,complex network and network pharmacology,this study builds a basic framework for the concept research of traditional Chinese medicine based on the information research of ancient Chinese medicine books,and provides empirical verification in the aspects of disease,cause,treatment and mechanism.The results show that "Yue Ze" first appeared in the Western Han Dynasty,and was mostly used as "bright and moist" complexion.Since the Tang Dynasty,a new meaning of "bright skin color,smooth skin form and moist skin texture" appeared.The two characters "Yue Ze" interpret the two conceptual dimensions of "bright" and"moist",corresponding to Yin and Yang separately,and inherit the image of "the intersection and fluxion of water" in "Dui Gua".In terms of principle,the conceptual logic of "Yue Ze" has been deduced in the aspects of disease,cause,treatment and mechanism."Yue Ze" is the external manifestation of the sufficient spirit and energy,and the main mechanism is the relationship between the essence and blood in the heart and kidney."Moistening dryness must be sweet,sweet to moisture" can make the body "moisture" "overflowing","Spicy drugs can moisten the bitter and dry kidney" can make the body "moisture" "floating".The former acts on the energy link of cells to replenish "volume of water",while the latter stimulates "scale of water "by improving the sluggish state of division of aging cells.In conclusion."Yue Ze" is one of the concepts with the value of original thinking and innovation in TCM with clear definition,origin and principle.1.The First part:"What is Yue Ze?"(1)The origination of the concept:From the perspective of genetics,we collect and sort out the morphemes and the motivation of word formation that may be involved in the occurrence of concepts,so as to reductive the concept generation process and deduce the original operation logic of concepts.The results show that the "Yue Ze"concept consists of the two Chinese characters "dui" and "ze",which probably originate from the phenomenon of "the intersection and fluxion of water" in nature.In this way,the Yi learning expressed the image of "two rivers connect,communicate and harmonize with each other",which first appeared in the Western Han Dynasty after the allusion used by the Yi scholars.(2)The development of the concept:We sort out the historic occurrence of the "Yue Ze" concept in the medical classics,clarify the development of the concept,and divide the historical period of the concept.The results show that the "Yue Ze" concept can be divided into the following four development periods:the Han Dynasty to the Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties-the occurrence period,the Sui and Tang Dynasties-the growth period,the Song and Ming Dynasties-the identification period,and the Qing Dynasty-the decline period.The concept is usually used to describe "bright and moist" complexion.Since the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the new meaning of "bright skin color,smooth skin form and moist skin texture" appeared.(3)The interpretation of the concept:Combined with the conceptual thinking model of"Yue Ze" concept and the classical theory of TCM,we explain the dimensions and the relationship of "Yue Ze" concept.The results show that "Yue Ze" is an objective reflection of dialectical thinking.The two characters interpret the two dimensions of"bright" and "moist".They can correspond to Yin and Yang separately,representing that Yin and Yang need each other in terms of body and nature,and form and qi match each other.Meanwhile,in the concept principle,the "upper" and "filling" of the moisture mainly refer to the upper supply of the kidney essence and the filling of the heart pulse,and the "floating" and "overflowing" correspond to the distribution of body fluid and the promotion of the nutrient qi and the defensive qi.2.The second part:"How to be Yue Ze?"(1)The knowledge graph:Based on the standardized extraction of knowledge graph construction technology,this study constructed the disease knowledge graph of the extension(disease)of the concept of "Yue ze" in TCM.The results show that "Yue Ze" is a symptom concept based on fatigue disease,but also a sign of agelessness.It depends on the sufficient essence and spirit,including the two aspects of the overall state of human body and the color,shape,quality of skin.In terms of conceptual evolution,the partial meaning of color in the "Yue Ze" concept gradually decreased with the change of times,while the partial meaning of "Ze" showed an increasing trend with the change of times.(2)The factor analysis:This study extracted common symptom factors in ancient books of "Yue Ze" through dimensionality reduction by factor analysis algorithm,found key symptoms that could dominate syndrome elements of "Yue Ze",and further summarized syndrome elements into syndrome types.The results show that the main syndromes of the lack of "Yue Ze" are heart blood loss,kidney essence deficiency,dampness-toxin accumulation,phlegm-stasis interjunction,lung and spleen deficiency,and body fluid deficiency.Yin deficiency syndrome corresponds to the core pathogenesis of the lack of "Yue Ze".This indicates that "Yue Ze" is mainly formed by Yin fluids such as qi and blood,which can reflect the health state of human body and has the attribute of "complexion".(3)The complex network:Based on the complex network method,this study normalized extracts the "syndrome-drug" and "drug-drug" relationships in the ancient texts of "Yue Ze" constructs the drug-drug,symptom-drug topology,and summarizes the prescription rules of "Yue Ze".The results show that "Moistening dryness must be sweet,sweet to moisture" and "Spicy drugs can moisten the bitter and dry kidney" are the main treatment principle of "Yue Ze".Combined with the thought of prescription and syndrome,it was found that the main prescription and syndrome corresponding to the symptoms of "Yue Ze" are Renseng Yangrong Decoction and blood deficiency syndrome.Combined with the thought of syndrome differentiation,it was found that the main symptoms and syndromes corresponding to the symptoms of "Yue Ze" were the syndrome of exhaustion of the spirit and loss of mind,deficiency of spermatorrhea and kidney essence,acne and dampness syndrome.(4)The network pharmacology:This study conducted a network pharmacological study on the representative treatment of "Yue Ze"and representative diseases,and discussed the specific deduction of "Yue Ze" thinking in the pharmacodynamic mechanism.The results show that to nurture "Yue Ze" with sweet-flavor drugs is mainly achieved by protecting energy metabolism and biosynthesis function of mitochondria,while to nurture "Yue Ze" with spicy-flavor drugs mainly aims to treat replicating senescence,improving the retarded state of senescent cell division,and regulating immunity and metabolism.The former acts on the energy link of cells to replenish "volume of water",while the latter stimulates"scale of water" by improving the sluggish state of division of aging cells. |
