Research On The Evaluation System Of Hun Factor Of The TCM Theory Of "Five Gods" Based On Data Mining

Objective: On the base of data mining, use the TCM theory of “Five Gods” todevelop the evaluation system, with a view of providing certain theoretical basis for thediagnosis and treatment of related diseases.Methods: Follow the principle of scale study, clinical epidemiology, multivariatestatistics as well as the methods combined with the literature information, using “Hun” asthe key words through the collection and collation of massive literature, then organizeexperienced experts for demonstration to determine the amount of the item pool, andestablish the initial evaluation table after the preliminary evaluation; After that, conductpre-clinical investigation, form the formal evaluation table, and evaluate the reliability andvalidity of the final scale. At last, select the Hun factor under all related items for statisticalanalysis through clinical flow regulation to guide the identification and determination ofthe physical and mental diseases which are related with the TCM theory of “Five Gods”.Results: Develop a scale of the TCM theory of “Five Gods” of the Hun factor withideal reliability and validity. Taking physical and mental diseases as the starting point toframe a better theoretical model of the TCM theory of “Five Gods”, and form the standardof TCM identification and evaluation, in order to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatmentof the physical and mental diseases. Conclusion: The scale we developed has good reliability and validity, and can beused for the evaluation of patients with the Hun factor, which plays a certain role inguiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
